CIEH L3 - Food Hygiene for management

CIEH L3 equivilent covers the standard of hygiene training required by food business operators and managers. This entails 10 hours core learning over 2 days, followed by a multiple choice test, and there after an embossed CIEH certificate is awarded to successful candidates.
